Roles and Responsibilities will likely include:
Providing personal care
Administering medication
Manual handling, using equipment where required
Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full
Companionship
Light domestic work
Going out into the community
Your experience and suitability for the care assistant role
Previous experience isn't always necessary. We want to ensure our customers receive the very best care and to do that we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring, and patient. Our team and culture is one that genuinely supports one another and cares for each of our customers as if it was their own family. We'll ensure you have all the right training, development, and support from day one and throughout your time at Zolia Care.
You must have:
Right to work in the UK
Excellent level of English
